Regulations and operating procedures of the hotel locker
1. Outline of Procedure and Purpose:
This regulation stipulates the employees' precautions in using the locker room and locker, strictly stipulates the employee's dressing discipline, provides the employees with a safe and hygienic personal article storage space, and at the same time, guarantees the safety of the company and employees' personal belongings and property.
2. The scope of application
This system is suitable for all employees of the company.
3. Responsibility
3-1. Staff lockers are arranged by the front office department.
3-2. The hygiene of the staff locker room is taken care of by the front office department;
3-3. The front office shall have the right to punish employees who violate the rules of use.
4. Rules and regulations of changing room :
4-1. Employees should maintain a clean and tidy environment in the locker room, do not spit, throw fruit peel, paper scraps, etc. Not stain and scratch the wall.
4-2. Keep quiet in the dressing room and do not make loud noises. It is forbidden to play in the locker room. The company is not responsible for personal injury.
4-3. It is forbidden to sleep in the locker room.
4-4. It is forbidden to use the camera phone in the locker room. The offender confiscates the phone and accepts the corresponding punishment.
4-5. Changing rooms are prohibited from smoking.
5, Other regulations and rules:
5-1. Only a small amount of necessary clothing should be allowed in the locker, and the clothes should not be hung outside the cabinet. The offenders should be confiscated and give a verbal warning.
5-2. It is forbidden to store food in the locker. It is forbidden to store valuables and cash in the locker. The company is not responsible for any loss.
5-3. It is forbidden to put flammable and explosive articles and any illegal articles into the company. The company that holds the above mentioned articles shall be punished. In case of serious consequences, the employee shall bear all the responsibilities and consequences and hand it over to the administrative agency for handling.
5-4. It is not allowed to replace the locker and lock privately.
5-5. It is strictly forbidden to drive nails and hooks at the locker, otherwise it is considered as intentional damage to the locker.
5-6. Any person who intentionally damages the locker must pay for the maintenance fee, and the front office department will give him a penalty. If the locker is severely damaged and cannot be repaired, the employee will pay a fine of $600 for changing the locker.
5-7. When non-human reasons cause the damage of the locker to be repaired, the employee shall report to the front office and the front office shall report the maintenance.
5-8. It is forbidden to put company articles and public goods (except work clothes) in the locker. Once discovered, it will be regarded as a theft and will be punished. If the circumstances are serious, it will be handed over to the administrative agency for disposal.
5-9. The company may authorize relevant departments or individuals to inspect the locker due to work requirements, and does not require the employee to be present.
6. Operating procedures
6-1. After the employee completes the entry procedures, the front office shall arrange for a locker and issue a locker key. The front office registers its locker cabinet number and registers the locker status as [use]
6-2. When the employee leaves the company, he should clear the locker and return the locker key before going through the separation procedure. The front office is responsible for checking if the locker is damaged and recover the key. Register this locker status as "back-up"
6-3, the employee can not be returned in time when leaving the company, the company's financial department has the right not to settle wages.
7. Penalties
